Made an appointment and then changed it but the lady was rude when i talked on the phone and never changed the appointment. So i called the day of the new appointment and a different lady answers and i ask about the new appointment i made and she said it was never changed and then hung up on me.
This store has the worst possible customer service I've by far seen. I went in to buy fish, and I have a 125 gallon tank and they wouldn't sell me 4 some oscars, it was a lady that was "helping" me and she has blonde hair..
The lady that was in charge of the dog adoption center was extremely rude and not helpful at all. My family and I came in looking to adopt a beaufuil dog and we were greeted by the worse customer service we ever experienced instead. I would never recommend adopting from this location unless you want to leave upset and ruin the rest of your day.
Staffs are very friendly. Good stocks of prescription diet products from Royal Canin as well
Usually a good experience. They don't have the chinchilla dust bath house in stock yet that I want though....
