Claudia was great...professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She explained our options, was upfront regarding dealing with our insurance company, and did not pressure us into upgrades that we weren't comfortable with. We've seen other roofing contractors come and try to claim they can have our roof fixed, but none of them were able to keep their word. Her colleagues on the phone were always communicative and never made us feel that we were on an island waiting for the process to move along.
Negatives: It's my first experience with roof repairs, so please do not judge :). Their referral program could be stronger. Don't hesitate to ask them about it!

Details: Claudia came to our rescue from nowhere. I was very skeptical in the beginning, but she was professional and knowledgeable, so I decided to give it a try. We signed a PA agreement and surprisingly everything went very fast. Proliance did all the work: negotiated with my Insurance to ensure I did not pay from my pocket too much, got permits, brought roofers and fixed gutters. All that was well coordinated and at every moment I knew what is going on. For example, Kim (from Customer Service) called me when quota from Insurance arrived to inform about the next steps; Faraz (from Production) called me to schedule roof and gutters repairs. Claudia was a charm - answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They also gave me a gift card for my neighbor referral (after I asked about referral program). The whole process took less than 3 weeks without a headache and minimum involvement from my side + a gift card (as a bonus). What can be better?
