Mitch Watson was an outstanding sales associate, walked us through the entire store giving a great variety of options on both levels. No pressure, gave space when needed to discuss with my wife. Overall, great experience. Highly Recommend!
My wife worked with John O’Brian. What a great asset to the company! He worked tirelessly with my wife for hours as she shopped for a variety of items for our new condo. He was so patient with her and showed her anything she had an interest in. She bought a couch and they gave us a 50” Smart TV. When I came home that same day from my travels, my wife and I went back and met with John again. This time, the same day, we bought a new mattress. They have a great “state of the art” system to help pick the right mattress for you. Loved it! Look up John too... he’s the absolute best!
we got an answer that in my opinion was UNACCEPTABLE! We were told only some delivery crews have this piece and it is not always provided but we could go to Menards and buy this. I am sorry but when a customer spends $2000+ (or any money for that matter) you should not say that only some people receive this and others need to buy this on their own. Customer service should not end when a customer swipes their card! Very disappointed!
We bought a couch less than 1 month ago and it has been a disaster since. After shopping around we decided to purchase a sectional at Art Van Furniture. The salesperson was great but it ended when we paid for our sofa and left the store. The sectional did not come with the bracket to hold it together so it slides all over. When calling the store they informed us we would have to talk to service, we were then transferred back to the store manager. After 2 weeks
My wife and I just recently purchased a dining table and chairs in your store. We cannot get enough the professionalism and personable experience we received from Carlos. We’ve been eyeing several dining tables to purchase from several stores. We came back because of Carlos’ enthusiasm and hard work. He took care the issues we had from the other store location which he did not have to. He was able to find us the best deal from all the days we spent looking. He took an extra mile to do that and made sure everything detail was correct and courteous while doing it. We were not even pressured buying the item and enjoyed the whole process. We will definitely come back for more purchases in the future. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank you so much to make the whole process pain free and smooth.
My husband and I went to the Art Van in Downers Grove in the recommendation of Kelly Floyd from the Woodridge location. The sectional we liked was not available and Kelly sent us to Downers Grove. We thought this was a great experience to provide us information on what we wanted. Kelly was very professional on her part and was not pushy at all trying to sell us something different. At the Downers Grove location, Kimberly (41662) was very pleasant and helpful as well. She knew right away what we were looking for and took us up to the sectional set. Although we knew this was the set, we looked around the showroom, being out first time there, just in case we saw something different. We were impressed by the location and we purchased what we had come for. The sales people at both locations were very nice and helpful. Thanks to Kelly and Kimberly, we will be getting a new sectional and can’t wait to have it delivered!
