Kathy and her staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed floral arrangements for a dear friend’s funeral. I called in asking for an arrangement and had no idea what would be appropriate for a funeral service and left it in their hands. The flowers came out beautiful and colorful. I ordered a holiday floral centerpiece over the phone so I didn't really know what the end result was going to look like. I gave some general input but asked for the designer to use her discretion. My sister-in-law was thrilled when it was delivered the next day. She said it was truly amazing. Mission accomplished!
