Seems to have a poor inventory system. It is a gamble when one orders popular item through their site. If you find a deal elsewhere, you would be wise to order it and cancel the Fry's order. No notification of items going on back order, or delivery date changes.
Advertisements were not clear so it was not clear when BF2017 started online. Due to all my previous experiences I am not sure I will actually get the BF items I ordered this year.
Great store for all your electronics needs. Where this place really thrives is at all the little odds and ends and hard to find parts. Always great to know I have this store within an hour of me where I can find the most obscure adapter or other electronic components. Wish it was closer to Chicago but still not too bad of a drive if you can avoid traffic.
Fry's Electronics has a variety of supplies whether it's getting a new laptop to all the way to home appliances. I highly recommend this store, if you want something the merchandisers in each department are willing to help out. I really enjoyed how the computer department are able to explain to someone if they wanted a computer that's either a fast processor or slow one. One additional thing is that the company does offer promo cards and free shipping to the store! How awesome is that?! Bring your family and friends you'll have a splendid time like I did.
Fry's electronics has the best computer parts. On Black Friday I got a few deals for a steal on computer parts. Honestly their service is great except on Black Friday always expect a line of 2 hours even with store pickup. Other than that the store traffic on a usual day is low.
I've been coming to this Fry's for years. Nothing can really beat their size and selection around here. I got used to the floor staff being everywhere and most of them doing their best to avoid customer interaction. Or finally finding an employee that was willing to help, but lacked the knowledge to. Today was a really good day here. During my visit a good number of the floor staff actually acknowledged me and offered their assistance. I did have a slight issue regarding an online pickup and some miscommunication on their part. But the store manager John was awesome in quickly and politely helping resolve my issue. Also should give a shout out to Nathan the cashier. He was extremely nice and more than happy to answer my questions. I would love for my future visits here to be as great... Keeping my fingers crossed.
