Very nice ambiance, old school feel that's hip and inviting... Consistently good food and staff/service aiming to please.. Location great (right off I88 x-way) and still blends into surrounding trees... Has an easy inner and outer parking ring with plenty of room circling the lodge like building in the middle.. Dessert was good too and like all their food with same Michelin Star type presentation... Wine selection awarded and rated Excellent, yet a clean, neat, casual family friendly place .. Even the men's bathroom was very nice.. Definitely a go to restaurant..
You can make a meal out of their appetizers at happy hour. Their service and quality are five star. Drinks are wonderful. As with any five star restaurant, you do pay for it, but at least here it is worth the price.
Hint: always get the "chefs recomendations" It's marked on the menu.
Parker's is another of my fav places - my wife and I go there on special occasions. The best seafood, elegant service, elegant surroundings, rivals any other top-end restaurant in the 'burbs. Live music in the bar if you want to have a drink before or after dinner. A bit pricey, but well worth it.
There is absolutely positively no better place to eat then here! There is an actual real live chef here, he makes the menu's, works the pass, cooks the food.... it's not like these chain restaurants that have no love in there food. My wife and I like to go here once a month, we work very hard and treat ourselves to this place. Our kids are dying to go with is, but we won't let them.. It's mom and dad time. Thank you Parkers for continuing to amaze us every single time we go on there!
Bit pricey. Good service. People said it had great steaks but none of the 6 @ our table had that. Presentation was very good but flavor was disappointing. Given price & surroundings had higher expectations. Folks @ the table had shrimp & lobster bisque, club sandwich, burger, & clamp chowder. All adequate.
